- Gaea used Kronos (youngest Titan) to kill Uranus

- Zeus was fooling around in the forest with a river nymph
- Echo saw zeus and the nymph
- Echo also saw Hera, lied to her and told her that zeus was looking for her in Olympus
- Hera found out that Echo lied to her and cursed her
- Echo met Narcissus and fell in love, though Narcissus did not because Echo was curesed to not speak properly
- Echo was sad and asked Aphrodite to make her disapear
- Aphrodite granted Echos wish
- Narcissus looked into a puddle and saw a beautifu face (which was his own, but he did not know)
- Aphrodite cursed him to fall inlove with himself so that he would feel the same longing as Echo once did
